Algorithm Instructions
Clicking on "[Algorithm]" leads
to a clickable image map containing an algorithm which outlines the section.
Clickable Items Include:

Algorithm boxes (any polygon) with one letter in brackets (ex:
[A])

Circles with a letter in them (ex: A). These signify a continuation of
the algorithm. Clicking on the circle leads to another page with the algorithm
continuation.

Algorithm boxes containing a section (ex: C5) or module name (ex: D),
link to that section/module of the guidelines.

Circles or boxes containing instructions (ex: Goto Box 21). Note:
Instructions leading to the current algorithm are not clickable

Boxes containing unfamiliar acronyms/terms
Note: In boxes with two or more of the above,
click directly over the desired target.
