Indications For The Assessment Of Left Ventricular Function (LVF) (e.g.,
Signs Or Symptoms Of Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)?
- Assess LV
Function, If Indicated
- Moderate
Or Severe Left Ventricular Dysfunction (LVEF <0.40)
- Ensure Therapy
For CHF/LV Dysfunction
- Are There
Any Indications For Referral To Cardiology?
- Is Patient
At High Risk For Sudden Cardiac Death?
- Continue
Beta Adrenergic Blocking Agent And ASA
- Does Patient
Have Low Density Lipoproteins-Cholesterol (LDL-C) >100 mg/dL Or High
Density Lipoproteins (HDL) <40 mg/dL?
