Does the patient have  any RED FLAGS:   [C] Major trauma Age > 50 Persistent fever  History of cancer  Metabolic disorder  Major muscle weakness  Bladder or bowel dysfunction  Saddle anesthesia  Decreased sphincter tone Unrelenting night pain?
Initiate immediate and appropriate action [D]
