Arrange for detoxification if indicated See Module S Assure patient is detoxified and opioid free before continuing [F]
Initiate naltrexone for opioid dependence with patient education and monitoring [G]
Is the patient alcohol dependent? [H] Is pharmacotherapy for alcohol dependence indicated ? [I]
